La Tour offers a complete advisory and assistance service to all our clients. All visits to properties are accompanied and we will negotiate and liaise with the seller on your behalf. We provide a free financial advice service by our Geneva based independent mortgage advisor.

Legalities
We deal with all your legal requirements from accompanying you to the notaire to sign for your property, to explaining how the buying and selling system here works, to ensuring you have all the correct documentation required. We can also provide a government approved translator should you have to produce any official translations of your personal documents.

We even ensure you have all your utilities connected and running in your name when you move in. Finally we are on hand from 8am to 8pm should you wish to discuss anything at all.
