service to all our clients. All visits to properties
are accompanied and we will negotiate and liaise
with the seller on your behalf. We provide a free
financial advice service by our Geneva based independent
mortgage advisor.
Legalities
We deal with all your legal requirements from
accompanying you to the notaire to sign for your
property, to explaining how the buying and selling
system here works, to ensuring you have all the
correct documentation required. We can also provide
a government approved translator should you have
to produce any official translations of your personal
documents.
