Guided Walks
Ferney Voltaire, Gex, Collonges and Divonne all
offer some very interesting and informative walks
of the towns. Some tourist offices such as Divonne
also do guided walks in the countryside such as
along the Jura or over the Swiss border.
For times and prices contact the local
tourist office. The Monts-Jura tourist office
offers guided walks over the Jura in both winter
and summer; the winter tours are in particular
good fun on snow shoes taking you along the ridge
and working up your appetite for a traditional
fondue or raclette dinner.
