Our Fees
By granting La Tour the exclusive right to market your
property, you can have your property marketed for just
half the normal fees (listed below). These fees are

Visits to your property
We will inform you in advance of all visits. It is preferable
for us to show potential buyers around the property
when there is no-body else there – we find buyers
are more relaxed, take a closer look and are more likely
to voice an honest opinion. We would ask you to provide
us with a key to enable us to show clients around when
you are not available. We will of course give you advanced
notice of visits and we will always give you feedback
on visits or enquiries about the property.
